What causes this error

A lesson must be assigned to a room during scheduling. This error occurs when no room is available — either because the lesson has very specific room requirements, all eligible rooms are at full capacity, or no rooms have been assigned to this lesson.

How to fix it

1. Check room restrictions — In the Lessons section, verify the room restrictions on this lesson. Make sure at least one valid room is selectable.
2. Add more rooms — If all rooms are at capacity, consider adding additional rooms in the Rooms section.
3. Review room capacity — Ensure available rooms are not already over their scheduled lesson limit.
