What causes this error

Teacher names are used as identifiers in the system. Two teachers with the same name cannot be distinguished, making it impossible to assign lessons correctly.

This can happen when importing data or when the same teacher is added twice.

How to fix it

Go to the Teachers section and rename or remove the duplicate. If they are genuinely different people with the same name, add a distinguishing suffix (e.g. "John Smith (Math)" and "John Smith (PE)").
