How can we purchase a subscription as a school/public institution?

The purchase can be made online by card or by bank transfer. Please note that legislation and acquisition processes may differ from country to country.

Romania (RO): The purchase can be made through SEAP (Electronic Public Procurement System). More details here.
EU countries: The procedure follows the rules for intra-community acquisitions.
Outside the EU: The procedure follows the rules for external acquisitions.
