How do I activate a plan purchased through SEAP or MEPA?

Once you've made a purchase through SEAP or MEPA, we'll send an activation code and instructions to the email address used for the order.

To activate it, just go to Profile → Subscription → 'Activate subscription' and enter your code.

If you used a different email for the purchase, don't worry—just use the code from that email in your current app account. If you can't find the email, reach out to our support team with your order number or school name, and we'll help you out.
