Scenario 1: Single building

If your school is in one location, you're all set. We've already set things up with a single building — nothing else to do here.

Scenario 2: Multiple buildings

If your school spans multiple buildings or campuses, here's how to set them up:

1. During initial setup: Select the Multiple buildings option in the top-right corner of the first step.

2. After your first timetable: You can add, edit, or remove buildings at any time under School config → Buildings.

A few things to note

• You can delete the default building, but you need at least one building at all times.
• If it takes time to move between buildings, set up commute times so the timetable accounts for travel between back-to-back lessons.
