What causes this error

A commute time rule specifies the travel time between two different buildings. This error occurs when the same building name appears on both sides of a rule, which is meaningless (travel time from a place to itself is always zero).

How to fix it

Go to the commute time rules and correct the rule that lists the same building on both sides. Change one of the building names to a different, valid building.
