What causes this error

The timetable generation has a configurable time limit. This error appears when that limit is set to zero or a negative number, which makes generation impossible.

How to fix it

Open the generation dialog (launched when starting a new timetable generation) and set a positive generation time limit (e.g. 60000 ms = 1 minute). Contact support if this value is not accessible.
