Non-weekly lessons must come in pairs for the alternating schedule to work.

What causes this error

Non-weekly (biweekly/alternating) lessons are scheduled on a week-A / week-B pattern. For the pattern to balance correctly, each group must have an even number of non-weekly lessons. An odd number cannot be evenly distributed across the two alternating weeks.

How to fix it

Go to the Lessons section and adjust the non-weekly lessons for the affected group so the total count is even. You can either:

• Add one more non-weekly lesson, or
• Convert one non-weekly lesson to a weekly one.
