To schedule two lessons per week with at least a two-day gap between them:

1. On the lesson's edit page in Lessons, set the Importance field to Very important. Make sure Max. days/week is not set to 1, as that would force both lessons into the same day.
2. In Timetable constraints, activate Uniform distribution of lessons across days.

High importance combined with the uniform distribution rule signals the scheduler to space the lessons as far apart as possible across the week.

Example

Class 8A has two History lessons per week and they should be scheduled at least two days apart. Set the Importance of the History lesson to Very important, confirm Max. days/week is not 1, then activate Uniform distribution of lessons across days in Timetable constraints.
