Why does the price on SEAP differ from the website?

Our base prices are set in EUR, while SEAP lists prices in RON. Because of this, you might see slight differences due to the exchange rate used when the product was listed.

How long does it take to activate my plan after a SEAP purchase?

Your plan will typically be activated within about 2 hours after the offer is accepted on SEAP.

I paid from my personal account on behalf of the school—is that okay?

Unfortunately, Romanian treasury accounts (trezorerie) usually reject payments from personal accounts. If this happens, the money will be returned to you automatically. You'll need to re-initiate the bank transfer from the school's institutional account or choose a different payment method.
