What payment methods do you support?

We offer two main ways to pay:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard): These payments are processed immediately.
- Bank transfer: We'll activate your plan within a few hours of receiving your proof of payment. Just select "Bank transfer" at checkout to get a proforma invoice with our bank details, then send your proof of payment via our support chat or to contact@horarium.ai.
Currencies we support for bank transfers: AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, NOK, NZD, PLN, RON, SEK, SGD, TRY, UGX, USD, and ZAR.
Please note: We don't currently support PayPal or Pix (Brazil).
Is your bank blocking your card? You'll usually need to contact them to authorize the transaction. If that doesn't work, try a different card or switch to the bank transfer option.
