Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted and secure payment gateways. We don't store your credit card details on our servers, ensuring your financial information stays private and secure.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
No, they don't. Our subscriptions don't renew automatically, so you're always in control. Once your plan expires, you can choose a new one or simply continue using the free plan.
How can I upgrade my subscription?
Upgrading is easy! Just go to the subscriptions section in your account, pick the plan that fits your needs, and follow the payment instructions to get started.
How can we purchase a subscription as a school or public institution?
You can easily purchase a subscription plan online using a card or bank transfer. Since procurement procedures vary by country, here's how we handle them:
- 🇷🇴 Romania: You can purchase via SEAP (Sistemul Electronic de Achiziții Publice) or via bank transfer to our treasury account (trezorerie). Check out our subscription plans for more details.
