Scenario: A teacher has left and needs to be replaced

1. Go to Teachers and add the new teacher.
2. Go to Lessons and update each affected lesson to assign the new teacher.
3. Once all lessons are updated, you can delete the old teacher.
4. If the new teacher has the same scheduling requirements, you can just edit the timetable to swap the names. If their requirements are different, regenerate with the "minimal changes" option.

Scenario: Class 5A now needs 4 Math lessons instead of 3

1. Go to Lessons and edit the Math lesson for 5A, changing the weekly count from 3 to 4.
2. Regenerate with "minimal changes" — the extra lesson will slot into the existing schedule.

Scenario: Latin has been removed from the curriculum

1. Go to Lessons and delete all Latin lessons.
2. Regenerate with "minimal changes" to remove them from the schedule.
