How to configure rooms

Head over to the Rooms section to set up and manage your school's physical spaces.

• Initial setup: You can add rooms while you're in the Lessons step of the configuration wizard.
• Ongoing management: You can access Rooms anytime via the main navigation menu.

To add rooms, just specify the building and enter the room names. You can then go into each room's settings to set up more detailed configurations.

Room access rules

You can set specific rules for each room based on:

• Classes: Specify which groups are allowed to use the room.
• Teachers: Assign specific staff members to certain rooms.
• Subjects: Designate which subjects are suitable for each room.
