When is this useful?

If several classes share the same division structure — for example, all 9th grade classes (9A, 9B, 9C) are split into the same language groups — you can create the division once and apply it to all of them in a single step.

How to do it

When creating a new division (see How to create a division), check the box Apply this division to other classes as well before saving.

A Select classes field will appear. Choose all the classes that should receive this division. The division name and subgroup names will be identical across all selected classes.

Click Save to apply.

What gets created

For each selected class, the app creates the same division with the same subgroup names. You can then assign lessons to each class's subgroups independently.

Note

This option is only available when creating a new division. To add the same division to additional classes later, you need to create it manually for each class from their Subgroups section.
