Lesson count reports

The Lesson count tool breaks down how many lessons are assigned to each teacher, subject, or class. It's a great way to check your data before you generate a timetable.

How to access it

The lesson count icon appears in the toolbar on these pages:

Page	Report type
Teachers	Lessons per teacher
Subjects	Lessons per subject
Classes	Lessons per class

Click the icon to open the report. Each row is clickable — click it to see the actual lessons for that teacher or group.

Shared lessons

When a lesson is shared across multiple classes (e.g., 9A/9B/9C), each class gets a fractional count. In this example, each group shows 1/3 of a lesson, while the total still correctly shows one lesson.
