Editing individual lessons
Need to make a quick tweak? Just click on any lesson in the timetable to open the edit dialog. You can change almost anything:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Day | Pick a different day of the week. |
| Hour | Move the lesson to a different time slot. |
| Room | Change where the lesson takes place. |
| Building | Swap the building for this lesson. |
| Teacher | Assign a different teacher. |
| Subject | Update the subject. |
| Group | Change the class or subgroup. |
| Duration | Adjust how many time slots the lesson covers. |
| Week | Set it to weekly, odd weeks, or even weeks. |
You can also completely remove a lesson by clicking the Remove lesson button.
Drag & drop
In Compact view, moving lessons is as easy as dragging them to a new time slot. If you right-click on a lesson or an empty slot, you'll find more options like pinning, editing, deleting, or adding a brand-new lesson right there.
Pinning
If you want a lesson to stay put during regeneration, you can "pin" it. You've got three options:
- Pinned time slot: The day and period won't change.
- Pinned room: The room stays the same.
- Pinned teacher: The assigned teacher won't change.
Adding a new lesson
To add something from scratch, click the Edit (pencil) icon in the toolbar and select Add a new lesson. Just fill in the details and you're good to go.
Note: Lessons you add this way only exist in this specific timetable. If you want them to appear in future generated timetables, make sure to add them on the main Lessons page too.
Editing names and periods
Click the Edit (pencil) icon and select Edit current timetable. This lets you rename teachers, subjects, classes, buildings, and rooms, or even tweak your period times.
Important: These changes only apply to this particular timetable. If you want these updates to be permanent and show up in future schedules, you'll need to update them in their respective sections in the app.
