Set transfer time for teachers and students

Note: Make sure all buildings are added to the app before setting up commute time rules.

Without commute times configured, the scheduler might book back-to-back lessons in different buildings without enough time to travel between them. To fix this, set a minimum transfer time for each building pair that needs it.

Go to Timetable constraints → Commute time and:

• Set the rule to Active.
• Add a commute rule for each building pair. Specify the time in minutes and whether it applies to teachers, students, or both.
