You can set working day limits for teachers in their profile settings. This helps you control how many days a week they are in school.

Note: If you need to specify which days they work (like Mondays only), it's best to use unavailable periods.

Common ways to use this

• Maximum working days: To limit a teacher to no more than 2 days per week (any days), go to Teachers > Edit > Constraints and set Max. number of working days to 2.
• Fixed working days: To make sure a teacher works exactly 3 days per week, set both Min. number of working days and Max. number of working days to 3.
• Full-time requirement: To ensure a teacher is scheduled every single day, set the Min. number of working days to match your school week (usually 5).
