Creating your first timetable

Just joined us? Welcome! You can have your first timetable ready in just a few clicks. We highly recommend checking out our Getting Started guide before you dive in—it'll make the process even smoother.

Generating a new version

If you've built timetables before, just head to Timetables in the main menu and click Generate new. If you run into any validation errors along the way, our Common Errors and Fixes section is here to help you get back on track.

How long will it take?

We'll suggest a recommended generation time based on your specific data. You're free to choose any of the available options, but remember: giving the app a bit more time usually leads to even better results.

Don't forget the report!

Once your timetable is ready, take a quick look at the report. It'll show you if any constraints couldn't be met and give you handy suggestions on how to improve things. You can learn more about reports here.
