Step 1 — Create the division on each class

Go to Classes → 9A → Subgroups → Add division. Use Apply this division to other classes as well to add the same structure to 9B and 9C at the same time.

Step 2 — Add the lesson

Go to Lessons → Add. In the Class field, open the selector and pick the English subgroup from each class:

• 9A → English
• 9B → English
• 9C → English

Set Alice Brown as the teacher and English as the subject.

This creates a single lesson where all three English subgroups attend together.

Result in the timetable

The timetable will show three lessons — one per subgroup — but all scheduled at the same time and in the same room. Alice Brown teaches all three English beginner groups together in a single session.
