Scenario: Classes 9A, 9B, and 9C each have a Beginner Languages division with French, German, and Spanish subgroups. One teacher runs the French beginner lesson for all three classes at the same time.

Step 1: Set up divisions for each class

Go to Classes → 9A → Subgroups → Add division. Use the Apply this division to other classes as well option to copy the same setup to 9B and 9C.

Beginner Languages	French, German, Spanish

Step 2: Create the combined lesson

Go to Lessons → Add. In the Class field, select the French subgroup from each class:

• 9A → French
• 9B → French
• 9C → French

Assign the teacher and subject. This creates a single lesson for all three subgroups.

How it looks on the timetable

The timetable shows three entries — one per subgroup — all scheduled at the same time, in the same room, with the same teacher.
